ExamAtlas Terms & Acceptable Use

Version: 16 October 2026. These are the service's initial user terms; they should be reviewed by qualified local legal counsel before commercial launch.

1. Eligibility and declarations

Applicant must have completed Intermediate/FSc/FA/A-Level or a recognized equivalent, provide accurate information, and meet the minimum registration age of 16. Applicants under 18 need permission of a parent or guardian. ExamAtlas may ask for evidence of education when assessing eligibility.

2. Accounts

Use one personal account, keep credentials private, do not impersonate another person, and do not provide false enrollment information. Shared accounts, automated scraping, bypassing trial limits and abusive use are prohibited.

3. Trial and services

The trial lasts three days and permits restricted functions selected by ExamAtlas administrators. Access may expire automatically. ExamAtlas courses are independent preparation resources, not official examination registration, accreditation or certification. Availability of features and course content varies.

4. Fees and access

Any advertised Basic/Advanced enrollment price is subject to confirmation, disclosed coverage and access period. No live checkout is currently offered on the website. Paid packages are not activated until verified by an administrator. Refunds and cancellation terms must be agreed before payment.

5. Educational accuracy

Prep materials may contain errors; confirm official syllabus and examination requirements with the actual authority. No examination score, job or visa result is guaranteed. AI Tutor is not yet available.

6. Fair use and conduct

Prohibited: exploiting systems, exposing other students' information, distributing proprietary licensed learning material, attempting unauthorized access or uploading unlawful content. For legitimate breaches, accounts may be reviewed or access temporarily restricted.
