ExamAtlas Privacy Notice

Version: 16 October 2026. This initial notice describes the current registration workflow and is subject to legal review before commercial launch.

What we collect

Name, email, encrypted password hash, phone, date of birth, educational qualification, institution name, field of study, completion year, city and country. We also store registration acceptance time, selected preparation pathways, trial entitlements and study progress. We do not ask for CNIC or passport at initial registration.

Why we use it

To create an applicant account, assess self-declared educational eligibility, deliver learning material, prevent misuse, manage trial access, support students and track examination-preparation progress.

Verification

Providing details does not establish official identity or validate qualifications. Administrators may review declarations. If additional identity evidence is ever required, the purpose, retention and secure submission method must be disclosed separately.

Access and security

Authorized administrators can review applicant details relevant to account support. Passwords are stored as hashes. Account access uses authenticated sessions. Users should use unique passwords and keep them confidential.

Retention and requests

Records are retained for legitimate account operation, security and applicable obligations. Contact the service administrator for access, correction or deletion requests; retention and deletion procedures must be finalized for commercial operation.

Third-party services

AI Tutor is Coming Soon; student queries are not presently sent through the Tutor. External examination authority links are independent sites with their own policies. Service providers may process infrastructure data when necessary.

Changes to the notice will be displayed here and users may be asked to confirm materially revised terms.
